Privacy Policy – Crazy Turbo Racing

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how data is processed in the mobile game Crazy Turbo Racing, published under the developer name Blu Web Games. The game follows data-minimization principles and can be used without creating a personal account.

1. Data Controller

2. Data Stored on the Device

Crazy Turbo Racing does not require a real name, email address, phone number, password, or social account to play. The game may locally store progress, unlocked tracks and vehicles, Crazy Coins, records, best times, settings, preferences, nickname, Ghost data, and local gameplay statistics. Data stored only on the device is not automatically transmitted to Blu Web Games or GameAnalytics. Uninstalling the app or deleting app data may result in the loss of local data.

3. Local Statistics and GameAnalytics

The game may record statistics directly on the device. Where supported, users can manage, export, or delete them from Settings → Privacy and Statistics.

Crazy Turbo Racing uses GameAnalytics to understand how the game is used and to improve gameplay, balancing, stability, and performance. Online analytics are optional and are enabled only after an affirmative user choice. If analytics are refused, the game remains normally usable. The choice can be changed at any time in the settings.

4. Data That May Be Processed Through GameAnalytics

With consent, information may include session start and duration; races started, completed, or abandoned; track and vehicle used; difficulty; race time and final position; progression and unlocks; Crazy Coins earned or used; Turbo and Super Turbo; jumps, ramps, Air Time, collisions, obstacles, game modes, technical errors, and information needed to evaluate performance and stability. The game uses a technical or pseudonymous analytics identifier that is not built from the player's name or email address.

5. Data Not Intentionally Collected

Crazy Turbo Racing does not use GameAnalytics to intentionally collect a real first or last name, personal email address, phone number, address book, contacts, photographs, audio recordings, messages, precise GPS location, passwords, payment information, or personal content stored on the device. The in-game nickname is not used as a personal analytics identifier.

6. IP Address and Technical Data

During normal Internet communications with GameAnalytics, technical information required to operate the service may be processed, including the IP address and data such as operating system, device type, language, country or approximate area, and app version. Crazy Turbo Racing does not use the IP address to directly identify the player and does not use precise GPS location for analytics.

7. Purposes and Legal Basis

Analytics are used to improve gameplay, difficulty, the in-game economy, tracks, vehicles, and modes; identify abandonment points and errors; and improve stability and performance. They are not used to create personalized advertising. Where required by applicable law, the legal basis is consent, which can be refused or withdrawn without losing normal access to the game.

8. Provider, Transfers, Retention, and Security

The analytics service is provided by GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark. Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, legally required safeguards are used. Data sent to GameAnalytics is retained according to the provider's policies. Crazy Turbo Racing uses HTTPS and keeps analytics transmission disabled when the required consent has not been provided.

9. Advertising and In-App Purchases

As of the date of this policy, Crazy Turbo Racing contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. Crazy Coins are an internal virtual game currency and are not real money. If new monetization systems are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before they are activated.

10. Ghost Challenge and Online Sharing

The game may include local Ghost modes. A future online Ghost Challenge sharing feature may use links and a technical challenge identifier. Online sharing must not be considered active until the backend, the actual stored data, and retention periods have been defined and documented. Before public activation, this section will be updated with the service used, data transmitted, retention period, and deletion method.

11. Children and Data Subject Rights

Crazy Turbo Racing does not require players to provide a name, email address, or other personal credentials for normal use. The target audience and online features are managed in accordance with applicable law and the declarations shown on Google Play.

Where provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable law, data subjects may exercise, where applicable, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to privacy@crazyturboracing.com.

12. Changes and Contact

This Privacy Policy may be updated following changes to features, providers, analytics systems, monetization, or applicable law. If a change requires new consent, the game may ask the user to make a new choice.
